Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery

We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-5 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text.

Return & Refund Policy

At Oxygen Its Elemental , we are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. We strictly have No Refund , No Return No Exchange Policy for Regular Deliveries

 

Wrong Item Delivered

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or unsealed items will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • An Unboxing Video has to share by Customer within 24 Hours from the delivered Date via email or Customer Care Number Once The Video is approved then only its eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Damaged Products

  • If a product is received in a damaged condition, it will only be replaced with the same product.
  • No refunds No Exchange or store credit will be issued for damaged items.
  • The concern must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, including Sundays, via email at Info@oxygenitselemental.com or through customer chat support.
  • An Unboxing Video has to share by Customer within 24 Hours from the delivered Date via email or Customer Care Number Once The Video is approved then only its eligible for exchange or refund

 

Partial COD Orders

  • In the event of cancellation of a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the advance amount paid will not be refunded.
  • The only exception is if the shipment has not been delivered within 7 days from the order date.

Order Delivery Timelines

  • Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to courier or logistical reasons beyond our control.

Refund Processing

  • For eligible returns (wrong sealed/unopened product only), the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you in the process.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
